• Choose a contractor whom is fully insured
• Choose a contractor who offers Insurance Backed Guarantees, NOT just their standard
  company guarantee. (If a business closes down for whatever reason, a standard
  company guarantee does not stand in most cases – no company = no guarantee).
• Choose a roofing contractor who is competitive – going for the cheapest quotation may cost you more in the long run.
